There are only two stipulations for people at Base One and they are equally important: you've got to be good - and you've got to be nice with it.

It helps if you enjoy freedom – and know how to make the most of it when you have it. We know what produces good work and relationships but we don't apply a single way of working; we find the best, most productive and happiest way of working with each other. And do our best to keep it that way. We're proud of the work we do, the people we've been given the chance to work with and who we've become.
